Rebase API Server

Drakeet 闭源了 Rebase API 服务器，这是与 SPEC v0.7.2 兼容的替代品

这个 API 实在是太奇葩了，你们去 Swagger UI 测试一下

为什么 ID 都是字符串、为什么日期一定非得是某个特殊格式，我自己再写一个得了

后端的服务器实在是太智障了，居然自己不处理部分验证错误，而且有些 API 没法用，API 文档不更新，和 Telegram 不更新客户端源码一个德行，果断差评

后端是 Express 这单线程处理的玩意，操作系统居然用 Ubuntu Server... 等等等等

懒得给这闭源蹩脚的 API 写服务器了，差评差评差评，浪费我一天实现给写 OpenAPI

构建 | Building

Rake 使用

rake build # 构建，默认目标
