Arel Cr

This is a rewrite of rails/arel from Ruby to Crystal. This is a work in progress.

TODO

• Verify name changes from keyword conflicts such as nil?, select, and as are functional.
• Rewrite inheritance of core types such as String
• Rewrite engine assignment as an abstract class
• Get to a point where tests can fail
