Why I am exploring Crystal?

I am Ruby Developer and I love Ruby so much. It's powerful language and has many advantages that we are not supposed to discuss here. But, somewhere I am looking for fast performance and Ruby is lacking there. Then, I hear about Crystal Lang. It's almost same as Ruby but fast in performance. Here I have started exploring Crystal by comparing different algorithms in Ruby and Crystal.
